03 — Cherry

Cascara

Dried coffee-cherry skins, the cascara of Asian Roasters

Cascara is the dried skin of the coffee cherry, kept once the bean is taken.

Steeped, it pours a light, tea-like cup — hibiscus, raisin, and warm fruit.

At Asian Roasters it stands beside Arabica and Robusta as its own exclusive.
